By using webbysol.fun you agree not to publish sites that promote scams, impersonate real people or organisations, facilitate illegal activity, or contain hate speech. We remove sites that do, without notice.

webbysol is a website building tool and nothing more. We do not issue tokens, custody funds, execute trades, or provide financial advice. Nothing on a site built here is endorsed or checked by us. If a site promotes a token, treat it accordingly. Digital assets are speculative, most go to zero, and you should do your own research and never spend more than you can afford to lose.

When you sign in, a Solana wallet is created for you and held by our infrastructure provider, Privy. It is non-custodial: the keys are yours, we cannot move what is in it, and you can export them at any time from your wallet page. Nothing is ever taken from that wallet without you approving the exact amount and recipient first, and we hold no standing permission to spend from it. You are responsible for what you do with an exported key: anyone who has it controls the wallet.

Live market data is sourced from third-party APIs and is provided as-is. It may be delayed, wrong, or unavailable, and should never be relied on for trading decisions.

You own the words and images you put into your site. The templates, blocks and the builder itself remain ours, and sites built here are hosted here, so there is no export, and you may not copy a template off the platform. We provide the service without warranty and may change or discontinue it.

What you may not publish

These are absolute, and a site breaking any of them is removed without notice and without refund:

• Any sexual content involving a minor, or any content that sexualises a minor. This is reported to the authorities as well as removed.
• Pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit imagery of any kind.
• Content attacking or demeaning people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation, and any imagery associated with organised hate.
• Impersonating a real person, company or project, or any attempt to deceive people into sending funds somewhere they did not intend.
• Malware, phishing, or anything designed to compromise a visitor.
• Anyone else's copyrighted work, including photographs, artwork, video, music or text, without permission. Press and stock photographs of public figures are the usual mistake: the person is not the issue, the photographer's rights are.
• Another party's trademarks, logos or brand identity used in a way that suggests they endorse, run or are connected to your project.

Uploaded images are screened automatically before they can be saved, and every published site carries a report link that anyone can use without an account. We review reports and take sites down. We keep a record of who uploaded what, and repeat offenders lose access.

Automatic screening is a first pass, not a guarantee. Publishing something on this list is a breach whether or not the screening caught it.

Copyright

You keep the rights to what you upload, and by uploading it you confirm you have the right to use it. You are responsible for what goes on your site. We do not check whether you own an image before you publish it, and we cannot.

If your work appears on a site here without your permission, tell us and we will remove it. The report link on every published site has a copyright option, and the DMCA page sets out the notice procedure, how to contest a removal, and our designated agent.

Repeat infringers lose their accounts. Where we uphold repeated copyright complaints against the same wallet we terminate it, and its sites come down. Payments are not refunded in that case.

When we remove a file for infringement we also record it so the same file cannot be uploaded again, on any site.

Payments

Building and previewing a site is free. Publishing a site costs a single payment of $20, whichever template you use, paid on Solana in SOL or USDC from your wallet to ours. Removing the “Made with webbysol” footer credit is a further one-off $10, and renaming a published site costs the same as publishing one. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no payment method is stored.

The payment is per site and unlocks that site permanently. Editing it afterwards is free and unlimited: every block, colour and word, plus adding a custom domain and unpublishing or republishing.

Two things are fixed once a site is paid for: its web address and its site name. A site is largely its name, so an unlimited rename would make one purchase into an unlimited supply of sites. If you want the same design under a different name, you can change it for the price of the template rather than rebuilding from scratch.

Blockchain payments are irreversible and we cannot reverse one for you. If a transaction succeeds on-chain but your site does not unlock, contact us with the transaction signature and we will fix it or refund you. Because we verify payments against the chain, a transaction that fails or is rejected in your wallet charges you nothing.

We may remove a published site that breaks the rules above. Where we do, we will refund the payment for that site unless the site was fraudulent or attempted to impersonate someone.
