Common things
I paid but my site still says unpaid+
If you closed the checkout before it confirmed, the payment is on-chain but hasn't been applied yet. Nothing is lost. Email us the wallet you paid from and we'll release it, usually the same day.
My sites list is empty+
Sites belong to the wallet that created them, so connect that wallet and sign in. Nothing is kept in your browser: clearing site data won't lose your work, but a different wallet shows a different set of sites. If the page says it couldn't load them, that's a fault on our side rather than missing work, so try again shortly.
My video won't upload+
Video has to be MP4, WebM or MOV and under 15MB and 10 seconds; images are under 10MB. An iPhone recording is usually a MOV and works fine, but iPhone photos may be HEIC, which browsers can't display. Set Camera then Formats then Most Compatible, or export as JPEG.
I pasted my contract address and nothing happened+
The lookup uses DexScreener, which only knows a token once it has a pair with some liquidity. A token that hasn't launched or traded yet won't return anything, so paste it again once it's trading and everything fills in then. Your logo and description come from the token's own on-chain metadata instead, so if whoever minted it never wrote a description there is nothing to fill in and your template's wording stays.
My social links didn't fill in+
We use what the project has registered with DexScreener, so a token whose team never added their links has nothing for us to read. Set those links yourself in the editor, and anything you set by hand is never overwritten.
My custom domain isn't working+
Two things have to happen: the DNS record has to point at us, and the domain has to be attached from the site's page so a certificate can be issued. The panel tells you which of the two is still outstanding. A brand-new domain can take a while to propagate the first time.
My swap says there is no route+
Jupiter could not find a way to trade that pair at that size. It usually means the token is very new or has almost no liquidity, or the amount is too small for the fee to make sense. Try a larger amount, a more common pair such as SOL or USDC on one side, or a little more slippage from the tab under the swap. A quote is never a commitment: nothing is signed until you press Swap.
